The Renewable assets can be a quick mix of Home-Owners, Business, Small City and Large Corporate Utilities.

We know all that part -- at this point it is all rather simple.

The HVDC connectors for internal to Texas, and Export / Import markets -- which should follow the major highway right-of-way(s) -- that all takes some serious good-faith leadership from the Top.   That is the fall-down-fail level for Texas. 

The real deal, at the Top . . . . . Texas trends to mouth-breathing morons -- and THAT is the real limiting factor.
