EVs are about 80% efficient vs. 20% efficient for ICE cars. Most people would take a much more serious look at buying an EV, if they understood the implications of those efficiency percentages. Spent $20 fueling you ICE car? Guess what, $16 of that was completely wasted. If someone's monthly gasoline purchases averages, say, $300 a month, $240 of that is money down the toilet. Plus, electricity prices are MUCH more stable than gasoline. Think OPEC+ won't manipulate the oil supply to increase prices once the American producers have been bankrupted? Do I have a great piece of swampland for you!
