My sense is they are overwhelmed by the large, dug-in for decades traditional energy lobbyists…clean energy must spend on actual projecst & tech that improve the solutions vs lobbying spending at a competitive scale…
We could invite Rita Beving of Public Citizen to debrief us end of summer on all this…
